Providing confidence in IT performance

Venture Insurance, a commercial and professional indemnity insurance company based in Bristol had been experiencing downtime with their email and SharePoint systems, both of which were critical systems for the day to day running of their business. The ongoing reliability and security of these systems was vital and following this poor experience they required an IT partner that had the required expertise and could provide reassurance.

Clifton IT were approached following a recommendation and we quickly identified the need to replace the existing email and SharePoint systems. Migration to Office 365 was selected as it is a solution far better suited to the requirements of Venture Insurance.

With Venture Insurance continuing to experience downtime we worked quickly to set up Office 365 including the configuration of a new SharePoint site ensuring, they were back online as quickly as possible. Clifton IT are now Venture Insurance’s managed service provider supporting their on-going IT needs.
