Due to the nature of this project Independent Vetcare required a supplier that could illustrate understanding of; technical requirements, organizational workflows and the need to be flexible around individual surgeries operating hours.
Independent Vetcare selected Clifton IT for this project, who had been providing IT helpdesk support to the organisation for over 3 years. This meant that they had a detailed understanding of the existing IT Infrastructure but, they were also able to illustrate their expertise in terms of technical capability and understanding of requirements.
Working with the Independent Vetcare a detailed plan was provided that fitted not only with existing work processes but, with varying surgery operational hours, contingencies were also planned so that should a roll back be required the steps required were clear to all.
