The Nelson Trust had approached the end of their existing IT contract and were looking for a new supplier to support their IT systems including; servers and IT infrastructure. Clifton IT were selected by The Nelson Trust following a face to face meeting where we were able to illustrate our technical understanding and capability.

We have worked with The Nelson Trust and delivered:

• Improvements to remote desktop performance

We continue to provide remote IT support acting as an additional level should IT problems not be able to be resolved internally. We also provide first line support cover as needed. The initial solutions proposed and delivered helped support improved performance, reliability and security compared to the previous set up. In addition the confidence in our expertise has provided peace of mind to The Nelson Trust.
